Helena Matuša is the Director of the Entreoreneurial Centre of Krapina Zagorje County, where she leads the development of the regional entrepreneurial ecosystem through incubation, pre-acceleration, and acceleration programmes for startups, as well as support for small and medium-sized enterprises. She actively contributes to initiatives such as the Invest in Zagorje platform, the SPRINT consortium, and the Start Loan programme, with the goal of strengthening investment readiness and business growth in the region. Together with her team at the Entrepreneurial Centre, she launched the Health IT Academy and a Digital Innovation Hub focused on health and medical informatics, connecting education, industry, and the healthcare sector. Through EU projects and cross-border cooperation, she works on building regional innovation value chains and creating opportunities for entrepreneurs, startups, and young people in Krapinsko-Zagorje County.
