Ana Čerenšek


Psychologist and mental trainer

Ana earned her bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of Zagreb in 1999, followed by a master’s degree in psychology in 2003. She is a a certified expert in Neuroleadership and Emotional Intelligence in Sports through the Academy of Leadership Sciences Switzerland.
From 2014 to 2021, she was a member of the Croatian Olympic team, supporting athletes in their preparation for the Olympic Games. As a sports psychologist, she was part of the Olympic team at the Rio 2016 Games. Ana is passionate about bridging the worlds of sports and business, empowering women to achieve success through the principles of mental training.
Since 2017, she has served as a mindset coach for the adidas Running Team Zagreb. In addition to her work as a mental coach, business coach, lecturer, and columnist, she is highly experienced in public speaking and media presence. She collaborates as a freelancer with two of Croatia’s leading media houses: Croatian National Television (HRT) and RTL.
A mother of three, Ana is passionate about music, travel, and the freedom to explore new ideas and experiences.
