Bella Katarina Pehar is a Croatian-American born and raised in Chicago, Illinois. In 2024, she moved to Zagreb to begin her undergraduate degree in Global Business Management at RIT Croatia. Bella currently serves as the President of the Women in Business Club at RIT Croatia and is an appointed member of the Savjet mladih Hrvata izvan Republike Hrvatske.
