The event will be held from the 07th until the 09th of April 2025 in Island Hotel Katarina, Rovinj, Croatia.

The Young Leaders Forum is a unique forum focused on multidisciplinary themes connected to business & entrepreneurship, leadership, career development, international cooperation, and U.S. – Croatia relations.

50% of participants will come on an invitation-only basis. The Forum will gather top young professionals from various fields.

The other 50% of participants will come based on public nominations and open applications. If you are a young professional with an exceptional CV and career apply here.

Applications will be open until 28th February 2025. 

All selected applicants will be informed about further steps before 05th March 2025. 

The Forum is free of charge for all selected participants.

This includes all talks and panel sessions, materials, lunch, and coffee breaks.

Please note that accommodation is not provided and that we cannot cover the costs of travel to Rovinj. These costs should be covered by participants.

Yes, Island Hotel Katarina can issue a business invoice for your company for your stay during the Forum.

Hotel Island Katarina is one of the most unique conference venues. The whole island is reserved only for Forum attendees and networking happens at all times. Only five minutes by boat from Rovinj, you will find the island of St Catherine and Island Hotel Katarina, located in the historic summer villa of Count Milewski. No cars, no traffic, no crowds – surrounded by beautifully landscaped parks filled with Mediterranean vegetation, spoil yourself with relaxing walks, exploring the island’s natural beaches and hidden coves.

We strongly recommend booking a room at Forum’s venue – Island Hotel Katarina. Some parts of the networking program will be held late into the night. Also, it is more convenient for participants to be at the venue than to travel every day by boat to the island.
