In 2016, Kristina Filipović, president of the Management Board, completed her studies at the Faculty of Science and Mathematics in Zagreb, majoring in Financial and Business Mathematics at the Department of Mathematics, and earned a master’s degree in mathematics. In 2022, she successfully passed the Certified Financial Risk Manager (FRM) exam organized by the Global Association of Risk Professionals (GARP).

In 2016, she was employed by OTP invest društvo za upravljanje fondovima d.o.o. as an intern in the Department for Control and Risk Management (Middle Office). From 2017 to 2020, she works as an employee in the Middle Office, when she becomes the manager of the Middle Office. Also, by moving to a management position, she becomes the holder of a key function – the risk management function.

In 2022, in addition to her position as Head of Middle Office and key function holder, she also became an advisor to the Company’s management.

Since March 2024, she has worked in the Company as a member of the Company’s management board, and in May 2025, she was appointed President of the Management Board.
