Valentina Biffin


Director of Croatian Volleyball Federation

Valentina Biffin holds a Master’s degree in Business Economics and is currently a PhD candidate in Business Economics and Sustainable Development, with a focus on the management of sports organizations and sustainable sport development. She is an experienced professional in sports management and governance, currently serving as the Director of the Croatian Volleyball Federation and as the President of the Middle European Volleyball Zonal Association (MEVZA). She is also a member of the Management Board of the Croatian Olympic Committee, where she chairs the Sport Development Commission. At the international level, she contributes as a member of the financial commissions of both the International Volleyball Federation (FIVB) and the European Volleyball Confederation (CEV). Additionally, she plays an important advisory role as the President of the Advisory Commission for Children and Youth Sports at the Ministry of Tourism and Sports of the Republic of Croatia. Valentina is also the President of the Croatian International Sports Association (CISA) and a visiting lecturer at the Sports Management MBA program at Les Roches in Switzerland. Alongside her institutional roles, she is an entrepreneur and founder of ISM Consulting d.o.o., an international sports management consulting company.
