Vedrana is holding the position of Managing Partner in Colliers – a leading global consultancy firm whose business for Croatia, Slovenia, and Bosnia and Herzegovina she has been running for the past 16 years. She came to Colliers from the advertising industry and communication management, to fill in the position of Senior Consultant. Shortly after, she became General Manager and in 2009 took over the Managing Director position. That is when her main responsibilities became business management and operational leadership of Colliers’ business. In 2013, Vedrana became Partner in Colliers. She continuously develops the business while retaining the Colliers’ leading position.

For the past six years, Vedrana organized a series of delegation trips to China and UAE to promote real estate and investment businesses in CEE and SEE, with a special focus on the Adriatic region, which resulted in a strong entrance and nowadays presence in the region of major investors originating from those countries. From the beginning of her working career, she was involved in new business developments all over the Region including opening and developing new markets, branch set up, team recruitment, and education.

She has a degree from Political Sciences in Zagreb, the New York Institute of Finance, the Academy for Political Development, and the UN Academy. In 2016, she obtained an EMBA title at an International business school in Zagreb, while in 2018 she became a certified expert according to RICS standards. In early 2022, she got her degree from the University of Oxford in Organisational Resilience Programme, becoming the first formally educated specialist in that area in wider Europe.

She is often invited as a guest lecturer to colleges, and as a program advisor, moderator, and panelist at various conferences and events.

In 2022, Vedrana was awarded as a Female Business Leader 2022 by Future of Emerging Europe.
