In less than two months, a new edition of the unique Young Leaders Forum is coming – an event that brings together ambitious young leaders and top experts from various industries. This three-day forum, dedicated to knowledge exchange, networking, and inspiration, will take place from April 7 to 9, 2025, on the beautiful St. Katarina Island near Rovinj, Croatia.

The Young Leaders Forum (YLF) is a result of the collaboration between the Croatian Office for Creativity and Innovation (HUKI) and the U.S. Embassy in Croatia, with the goal of providing a platform for young talents aged 18 to 40 who wish to develop their leadership and entrepreneurial skills.

So far, two successful editions of the Forum have taken place – first in 2022, when YLF brought together promising young professionals, and then in 2023 as a three-day conference on the island, similar to this year’s event.

What to Expect at YLF 2025?

The program for Young Leaders Forum 2025 will soon be available on the official website. Still, we can already reveal that participants can look forward to a combination of top-notch keynote speeches, panel discussions, and interactive sessions designed to provide them with valuable knowledge and invaluable experience.

The conference will feature renowned experts and leaders from Croatia and the United States, who will share their insights on key topics such as business and entrepreneurship, leadership and career development, international cooperation, and innovation.

A key highlight of the conference is its exclusive setting – the entire island will be reserved solely for YLF participants, creating an ideal environment for networking, collaboration, and idea exchange. In addition to the official program, participants will also enjoy informal networking activities, social events, and relaxed sessions, fostering long-term professional and personal connections.
