Young Leaders Forum 2026

The Young Leaders Forum (YLF) returns in 2026 with a new edition that brings together ambitious young leaders and experts from different industries. This three-day event focuses on learning, collaboration, and networking.

The Forum will take place from May 15 to May 17, 2026, at Hotel Trakošćan, in Trakošćan, Croatia.

Young Leaders Forum is organized by the Croatian Office for Creativity and Innovation (HUKI) in cooperation with the U.S. Embassy in Croatia. The goal of the Forum is to support young people  who want to develop leadership, entrepreneurial, and professional skills.

Previous editions of the Forum gathered young professionals, entrepreneurs, innovators, and future leaders from Croatia and abroad. The event continues to grow as a space for new ideas, collaboration, and international dialogue.

What to Expect at YLF 2026?
